MEET
ANDREAS.

Meet Andreas

Founder of Class Antwerp, Andreas Størholdt Braaten is a physiotherapist, movement coach, and sound facilitator with a background as eclectic as his playlists.

Born in Norway and educated in the Netherlands, Andreas has spent nearly two decades exploring how bodies move, heal, and misbehave — from injury rehab to contemporary dance floors. He blends biomechanics with music, anatomy with intuition, and occasionally, aerial silks with crystal bowls.

He specializes in running injuries, spinal issues, and all the odd aches people pick up from sitting too much, training too hard, or living too fast. But don’t expect a clinic-style approach — Andreas works from a belief that movement is medicine, but it doesn’t have to feel like treatment.

At Class, you might find him teaching yin yoga, crafting soundbaths, DJing under the name Pink Jesus, or just rearranging the mats for the fourth time that day.

In short: less guru, more grounded. Expect clarity, curiosity, and the occasional Norwegian sarcasm.
