At WILL Personal Training, Andreas leads a 12-week small group program designed to support your running — whether you're aiming for a 5K, 10K, half, full marathon, or simply want to run pain-free again.

Expect a mix of strength training, a structured running plan, and clear, personal coaching in a supportive, no-pressure setting. You’ll train in a small group with like-minded runners, each working toward their own version of progress.
